Active personnel policy was pursued at the enterprises of light industry in the Far East in 1960-1970s. The introduction of personnel policy was realized with administrative and economic methods, social guarantees. As for administrative methods, they were presented with strategical planning of personnel potential workforce. Economic methods were presented with increasing in cash income of working people. It was done with granting them different benefits and salary increase. If we convert to the experience of personnel policy's realization at the enterprises of light industry, we can understand the depth of historical processes and choose the direction of regional labour potential.
