The phenomenona of an algorithmic evolution of multiparticles as nanoworld#s transformers was discussed by the example of quantum-sized nanosystems varied in its nature and structural organization. It was shown that the existence of the multiply degenerate but topologically distinctive configurations in the ground states of a multiparticle results in bifurcations of its evolution.

The computer models of hydrogen polycondensates on nanotubular surface were produced and the results of its reconstruction were represented as one of the most important practical applications of an algorithmic evolution of quantum-sized nanoparticles.
