The inconstant conditions of economic management are stipulated for postindustrial economy, rise of global competition, which is intensified by the uncertainty of the market. In the connection with all of the above, managers require management science to provide new coincident theoretical methods and practical recommendations according to the situation of the time. Most management conceptions, which are in use nowadays, are based on the rational method. The method has been proved in stabilized economic environment, but it does not work in "the era without regularity".

In our opinion, the rational method is to be replaced by the incrementalism as by the new method in management science. The incrementalism lets to role an organization in uncertainty of external and internal environment.
