This article is devoted to study of the philosophical contents of such a notion as #irony# and to search of its new senses. The transfer of the accent from metaphysics as the sphere of cognition of the whole world being to metaphysics as the sphere of cognition of human being, leads to the research of the methods which should be the most adequate expressers the unknown being of the world. Our interest to the problem of the irony is due to the fact that the irony can just appear as one of the methods. For this, in the present article is being done a research of the ironic method in all the modes and forms.
