The possible negative influence on the human health during the receipt of different level chemical elements (Zn, Cu, Ni, Cr) in system "soil#vegetables#human" is considered in the article. The data on the contents of zinc and copper in the soil and vegetable crops from the private farm lands of the Altai Territory countryside are given. The study of daily diets of the rural population has been carried out including the persons with display of various diseases; the levels of receipt of chemical elements in the human organism are designed.
