Results of sociological investigation conducted in the frameworks of the "Working out of a model of regional behavioral monitoring on HIV/AIDS" Project by financial support of the UNICEF and UNAIDS are presented in the article. The given research is the first among periodic similar ones forming a system of monitoring of population's behavior. Monitoring on behavior's elements related with the risk of HIV infection among various population groups had been realized with the purpose of preliminary revelation on tendencies in behavioral changes and taking the adequate to epidemiology decisions in the field of HIV/AIDS prophylactics.
