Inner-federate contradictions in Russia and their reflection in the constitutional legislation

Different kinds of inner-federate contradictions in Russia and their influence on constitutional legislation currently in force are considered in this article.
Three kinds of contradictions have been analyzed: between the Russian Federation and its subjects (republics mostly); between single subjects of the Russian Federation; within concrete subjects of the Russian Federation.
We concluded that the confrontation between the federal centre and the subjects of the Russian Federation are resulted in the appearance of legal regulations in the legislation of the subject of the Russian Federation, which contradict to regulations of the federal legislation. It is caused to coalition of the constitutional legislation and destroys its necessary unity.
