The subject of research in the article is military court as element military system of administration by cabinet mining works at the West Siberia. Chronological frames include period from 1777 to 1800s. Expiration presents structure of military court, composition, competence, considers affairs, defendant's social originate. Author comes to conclusion that military court was important regulator of social attitude at the judicial sphere, and also was punitive organ applied to the people who were engaged in the mining industry and soldiers of mountain battalion. Article bases on impress quantity of archive sources (more then 500 judicial affairs) most part of them was realized in historical research for the first time.
