The Electors Mandates in the Local Government System

The article by deals with the legal foundation of the electors mandates in the local government system in Russia. The article gives the definition of the notion "electors mandates", considers its indications, the range of legal subjects of submitting mandates, the addresses of mandates and the mechanism of their realization. The author formulates the main directions of improving legal regulation of mandates.
