The author in her article regards the correlation of inertia and subjectness as a mechanism of existing a social subject in education and a means of conservation and development of the whole education system. N.A. Matveeva on the pattern of Russian education shows that national and state education system is characterized by a certain type of the correlation of inertia and subjectness. Further elaboration of the problem with the methods of social analysis is of great theoretical and applied importance in governing education system and forming social culture of a person and a society.
