Functional-structural paradigm of organization of industrial management
Considers methodological and methodical fundamentals of construction of a model of industrial management because of business processes. The conceptual definition of a business process, function, problem is given.
Business process is understood as transformation of source resources in some functional converter with the purpose of deriving final production with the certain cost performances for sufficing needs of the market and (or) other business processes. The logic of construction of a business process is based on the concept of the functional-structural approach.
The technological process is considered as a sequential gang detailed of functions. The functions have the unified description by the coordinated rules and reflect this or that labor process or operation on transformation of resources or information.
The considered approach is applied to choice of a structure of management of joint-stock company "Barnaul brewezy factory".
