In work the problems of organizational designing of integrated industrial systems are considered. The factors and elements influencing on efficiency of their operation are revealed. The conceptual approach and general model of procedures of integration is offered. The definition of organizational efficiency of an industrial system as the attitude of market and internal criterions of quality of operation is given. The structural model of a category "an industrial system" as purposeful interaction of three kinds of resources is shown: financially-material, power and information.

Will put forward the thesis that with other things being equal, just the level of organization determines efficiency of operation of an industrial system.
