Stripping voltampermetric selenium determination in biological objects

The factors influential in value of an analytical signal of a selenium in a method of inversion voltamperometry are investigated: a potential of an electrolysis, concentration of a background electrolyte and copper (II). A linearity of the calibration schedules (charts) testify to a capability of realization of analytical definition. Under selected conditions the contents of in a hair of oncological ill in Altai territory is determined.
