In vitro callusogenesis and regeneration capacity of tissues and organs of Allium cepa L.

The processes of callus induction from different organs of Allium cepa L. (cv.Ermak) was studied. It was established depend between regeneration capacity and growth regulators, morphotype of callus and period of cultivation.
