Extreme Natural Phenomena in the Altai Mountains in Past and Present
The conditions for the formation of extreme events in mountain structures associated with catastrophic discharges of glacial lakes in the upper Pleistocene, landslide in the Altai Mountains’ transition zones in the Holocene and the impact of earthquakes on the modern transformation of the relief are considered.
