Studying the BAP Influence in Propagation Media on Index of Iris ensata Thunb. Rooting Stage
Increasing cytokinin concentration led to decreasing the height of plants, the number of roots and simultaneously decreased their length. Inception and development of roots of Iris ensata in vitro is carried out like intact plants. The peculiarity of its development is mass accumulation of hydrocytos in pericycle zone, in the place of root inception and along central root cylinder as well.
