Modern Interpretations of Great Power Status in the Regimes of Historicity
On the basis of historiographic sources the hypothesis of the archetypal nature of statehood is examined. It is expressed in the Russians’ prevailing idea of an idealized model of government, determined by the complexity of natural, mental, social and political factors during the rise of the Russian civilization. The article describes modern interpretation of the notion of statehood, relating to different types of perception of time. Passeistsky emphasis is expressed in the manifestation of traditional values associated with the embodiment of «horizon of expectation» in an ideal image of the government which is important for some groups of Russian population. Futuristic bias was typical of representatives of economics, who proposed the idea of considering mutual integration of socio-cultural and economic factors important prerequisite for effective implementation of the proposed program of political, economic and cultural development of the country. Presenteeism bias was supported by the researchers, who considered the genesis of the Russian state through the prism of contemporary society values.
