Organizational Solutions in Operational and Investigative Activities and Their Situational Conditionality
The article examines the issues of situational basis for decision-making in operational and investigative activities. In particular, it is noted that the operational and investigative activities, along with the tactical need to identify and examine its organizational and administrative aspect. Analyzes the existing theory of operativelysearch activity point of view on the concept of operational- search solutions and given its copyright interpretation. Provided essential feature of solutions in operational and investigative activities — its dependence on specific operational- search situation. Results of Studies of the organization operational and investigative activities and on this basis are allocated features characterizing organizational and managerial decisions in this area. The content of the organizational and management support operational and investigative activities through the characterization of decisions. The conclusion that the division of operational- search solutions for tactical and organizational is conditional. The mechanism of organizational decision in operational and investigative activities from the perspective of overcoming the problem situation. Highlighted the factors affecting the analysis and assessment of the situation, the main decision-making stage.
