Non-Profit Organizations in the Republic of Belarus: Legal and Factual Specifics of Position
The development civil society institutions is the main aim of the modern Byelorussia. Both the Byelorussians and the international organizations are deeply concerned with solving this problem. At the same time the theme of civil society and its place in Byelorussian’s political system has not been analyzed yet. In particular, neither the causes of low activity of a significant part of Byelorussian society, nor the degree of real participation of civil society in political life are identified. Besides, the research literature is not emphasized the main attention for comparison of position public organizations in the Republic Belarus de facto and de jure. The authors in this research paper analyze the position of non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Belarus. According with the aim of research paper, we can dedicate some tasks of study. Firstly, we must explore positions of non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Belarus according with law and real conditions, in the modern world. Secondly, we try to identify the degree of real participation of non-governmental organizations in the public policy in Belarus. This research paper is based on the wide- spread methods of political science. For example, the method of concrete historical analysis, the method of fragments-institutional analysis.
