Cross-Сultural Potential of Containing Cues German Nicknames
The author of this article considers nicknames as a cue from the point of view of national-cultural description. The scope of containing cues nicknames’s application is political or comic discourse. Nicknames are used for making of political figure’s images. As the cue is the actualization’s means of background information and cultural code, people of other language community can’t interpret political or comic discourse without dipping in this information. Therefore the purpose of this article is to elicit communicative, pragmatical and crcoss-cultural characteristics of the german nicknames containing cues. As the pragmatical characteristic it would be like to emphasize the suggestive potential of nicknames, because most of them have a comic or a satirical imlication. The irony activates the psychical perception of the text by readers. The irony guessing’s reader become estetical and mental pleasure. The irony touches off a comic reaction inter readers, therefore readers would like to hold the view of journalist. Using of the comic or the satirical imlication helps to journalist to seek feedback with reader. This is the communicative characteristics. And using of the cross-cultural implication helps to archieve communicative and pragmatical purposes of the speech.
