The Mechanism of Formation of the Emotional Component of Professional Interest among Young Private Security Employees
The article contains a detailed explanation of the professional interest as a concept. It further introduces the mechanism of the complex model of formation of professional interest in an abbreviated form. This mechanism is represented with the example of young private security employees in the process of psychological accompanying of their daily services and duties; the mechanism is shown in the framework of their moral and psychological preparation as security employees. The article describes the mechanism of formation of the emotional component of professional interest among young private security employees in the framework of realization of the complex model of their professional interest. The characteristics of the professional component are defined; the need of formation of this component among young employees is pointed out. The foundation of the article is made up of the logics and peculiarities of formation of the emotional component of professional interest among young private security employees; assessment of the emotional component, maturity level among the participants of the control and experiment groups, and analysis of data received. The author presents factors that directly contribute to formation of the emotional component; the author provides a demonstrative example of embedding the mechanism of the emotional component formation into practical activity.
