[Anti]criticism of Contemporary Forms of Violence Slavoj Zizek
The article is devoted to the philosophical analysis of Slavoj Zizek’s views on violence as a source element in determining the structure of the field of morality. The analysis is given to the validity of the expression of violence through its three forms: an objective, subjective and symbolic. In particular, objective violence, along with the subjective and symbolic violence, is a starting point, the source, the causes of evil itself. The article illustrates the position of S. Zizek who expressed evil as an example of socio-economic system of capitalism, a trinity of forms of violence (objective, subjective and symbolic). It also shows the danger of underestimating the importance of ethics as a universal regulator of social relations. Two opposing ethical positions that define the nature of morality are defined: the ethical apriorism coming from deviation from ethical norms, and aposteriorism based on the fact that morality is not a finished and balanced system of norms, sent down by the society once and for all, and becoming a living entity, coming from the depths of social. On the example of an ethical theory, Alain Badiou analyzes contemporary philosophical and ethical concept, criticizes the idea of the origin of traditional morality.
