Development of the Author’s Position of the Teacher in the Hermeneutic Circle
In the article «the author’s position of the teacher» is seen as a holistic attitude of teaches to themselves, the pedagogical process, to other participants. The author identifies the different aspects of the author’s position, discusses its axiological, ontological and methodological bases. Hermeneutic circle development of the movement represents the development of students from his empirical views to scientific and pedagogical picture of the world, from the representation of the author’s position on the theoretical level, through the reflection in learning interactions to clarification of the author’s position in pedagogical activity. Each round of the hermeneutic circle development of the author’s position leads future teachers to the detection of meanings at different levels: knowledge to knowledge, knowledge as such, knowledge about knowledge and knowledge in action. The specific manifestations of the author’s position of a teacher «on the borders of» comprehension of own experience of the present and past, present and future. The focus is made of the importance of «asking», the statement of the problem, identification of students’ professional values, goals at the stage of entering the circle of understanding. The development of the pedagogical position of a future teacher acts as the self-realization of a student in the pedagogical culture.
