The Role of Election Unions in the Forming and Functioning of the Legislative Power in the Regions of Western Siberia

The impact of the peculiarities and trends in developing the party and political situation in the Western Siberian regions on the party composition in their legislative assemblies and on the principles of legislative power distribution within the legislatures are discussed in the article.
