Workers of the Food Industry at the Altai Territory during the Soviet Post-war Reconversion

The article is devoted to one of the insufficiently known problems in the history of the Soviet postwar reconversion. The article based on archive materials of the Altai Territory and includes some problems such as: sources of hiring workers to the food industry factories of the region, the system of training workers, the status of workers in the post-war years.

Key words: post-war reconversion, food industry, status of workers, system of the professional education, employee turnover, auxiliary farms.
