Organization of Towns’ Inside Area in the Tomsk Province (2nd Half of XIX^th- Beginning of XXth)

The article is devoted to one of the most perspective problems in historical urbanism - an exploration of towns’ phenomenon in Russian history. This research includes all sides of town life as well as the question of the development of the inside area. This article is only attempt to describe processes that were going on in towns’ areas in Tomsk Province, to define general regularities of its development.
