Influence of Socio-Economic Factors on System of Local Government in Siberia (XVI-XIX Centuries)

The article is devoted to influence of socio-economic factors on a system of local government in Siberia in the XVI-XIX centuries. It also touches upon a question of historical development of system of the social relations in the state. These relations between the government and local government were a statehood basis.
