Changes of Surface Tension of Water and Butanol Aqueous Solutions Being Exposed by Electromagnetic Field

It is shown that exposure of high-frequency electromagnetic field on distilled water increases the surface tension at the boundary with air. The surface tension of butanol aqueous solutions is reduced as a result of irradiation. The effectiveness of field action depends on the frequency and time of exposure.
