Overcoming of the developed discrepancy between natural recreational potential and attendance of coastal geosystems can be reached by purposeful #construction# of missing elements of a recreational skeleton. A main role in its achievement must be played by corresponding infrastructural maintenance. The major direction in infrastructural maintenance is the improvement of transport availability to the sites of coasts of water basins most valuable in the recreational relation.
