For analytical application the systems without an organic solvent are approved: water - antipyrine - sulfosalicylic acid; water - antipyrine - acetylsalicylic acid; water - tiopyrine - salicylic acid. Systems allowed: 1) to implement environmentally friendly products with #green# chemistry techniques for concentration of substances, including in situ; 2) to unify the preparation of analytical samples for surface water, suspended matter, sediments, biota; 3) to combine systems with instrumental methods due to detecting analytical signals in the concentrates of substances by electrochemical and optical methods. Such techniques of concentration and analytical signal detecting are improved the procedures of analysis and increase reliability of the chemical monitoring of ecosystems of the Lake Bolshoe Yarovoe and Nighnyaya Kulunda River.
