The article is devoted to analysis of peculiarities of risk-perception in structure of estimation of personal and societal security basing on different indexes such as estimation of threats for state and region, subjective estimation of own risk and others. It is shown that the estimation of safety state from threats appearing on a base of personal perceptions and analysis of risk-reflection as criteria of objective evaluation of personal and societal security could be realized on a base of integral indexes of personal security, level of risk and risk reproduction. Results of selective survey in six regions of Russia are presented.
