When organizing a logistical activity in modern conditions it is necessary to build the system form. The logistical system allows us to exercise the integrated administration of supply, manufacture, warehousing, storekeeping, transportation, distribution processes that provides steady position of the company in the market and satisfaction of a full spectrum of consumers’ requirements. The uniform approach to process of formation of the given systems is not developed. In the work the author considers the structure of logistical system, stages and methods providing process of its formation.
