Spatial and National Factors in the Analysis of Political Processes and Structures

The problem of studying political modernization taking into account historical prospect, geographical and spatial factors is a basis of the given article. The author draws a conclusion that at the heart of the state ethnic policy of any state should be the human rights of ethnic self-determination. The ethno-national content of political forms allows us to reveal concrete character of political processes with an attachment to qualitative concrete space.
