Training Machine-Operators in the Baikal Region: 1930-1950s

The article describes the peculiarities of formation and development of a system to train machine-operators. Specific examples illustrating work of mechanization schools in the Baikal region are given. The author shows the number of machine-operators in agriculture, their qualitative composition.
