Dynamic Peculiarities of Fractional and Organizational Structure of Regional Parliaments in Russian Transformation (on the Example of Western Siberian Regions)

The article researches the development of regional parliamentary structure during the transformation of institutional environment in the 2000s. Basing on the example of Novosibirsk, Kemerovo and Tomsk Regions the research traces how the changing in formation of regional legislature affects the qualitative and quantitative proportion of political actors in collective decision making center and principles of internal organization.
