Government of the Russian Empire aspired to eliminate national education with the help of applying Russian-non-Russian schools. The basic aim of these schools was the introduction of Russian language for further russification of non-Russian population. On the whole, the state policy in this sphere was not successful and Muslim educational establishments reserved their positions in training Islam children in spite of various difficulties.
