Peculiarities of Law Enforcement in International Private Law

This article reveals the specific features of the enforcing international private law norms including general usage of conflict norms as the law enforcement fundamentals, usage of foreign law, direct enforcement of international agreements norms, and also specific succession of enforcing the international private law norms and peculiarity of norm collisions.
