Game-Theoretic Analysis of the Attractiveness of Innovation Project for its Participants

Based on game-theoretic approaches, this paper investigates the problem of the formation of a creative team working on an innovation project. The author suggests mathematical models to analyze employees’ motivation to participate in the project and conditions for their cooperation. The developed models take into account the qualification, competence, creative styles and socio-psychological consistency of the participants.
