The article considers one component in a complex of environmental problems of the modern world - problem of global climate change. The special place in deterioration of an ecological situation in the world during last decades is connected with hotbed gases emissions in the atmosphere. In this connection the research pays attention to activity of the United Nations in the field of ecology, analyzes the influence of international documents accepted at the United Nations' level and their influence on solving climatic problems.
