Capital Construction in Siberia during the Great Patriotic War

The article aims to analyze the history of development of building industry during the Great Patriotic War. The role of a branch in the economical reconstruction according to the military order and in the restoration of evacuated factories is revealed. The author researches difficulties and specific features in organization of manufacturing process and creation of labour collectives in war conditions.
