There are three periods in the process of material resources of the health centre #Centrosoyuz# development: 1991-1996, when production capacities of the institution were not increased; 1997-2001, new managers started its fundamental reconstruction, using centralized, corporative and private investments; 2002-2006, this period is notable for large scale and dynamism of building; construction of living blocks; creation of medical and diagnostic rooms, radon health building with winter pool, new modern equipment. By the beginning of 2007 the balance value of its basic means reached 80,2 million rubles, increasing in 15 times in comparison with 1991. Nowadays the health centre is a powerful operating medical complex where 300-350 people both take a rest and receive treatment.
