The State Management in the Sphere of the Tatarstan Culture in the Soviet Period

This article is devoted to the problems of the governmental functions in the sphere of the Tatarstan culture in the Soviet period.
This work investigates the mechanisms which put the Republic culture, establishments on the service to a command - administrated system. The main purpose was the education of the Soviet person in the spirit of an #unique true#, communistic ideology.
The analysis of the investigated sources shows, that process of the interaction of the central and local culture controls was formed as a strictly established chai #order-execution#.
Thus the competence of the central departments included the administrative, financial, party and ideological control functions whereas the regional administrative structures were limited only by the decision of the organizational and economic questions.
