The Role of the Local Government in the Sphere of Public Authorities After the Reform Period (according to the Materials of Ufa City)

In this article the author tries to show the relationship between local government and province administration, and defines the role of the municipality in the system of public authorities after the city#s reform 1870. Many scientists consider that administrative supervision made the municipal organs part of the public authorities. The author shows the contrary option. The research is based on archives# documents of Ufa local government.
