The Administrative System of Moslems Population in the Eastern Siberia in the Second Half of the 19th and in the Beginning of the 20th Century

The Moslems, who were living in the Eastern Siberia in the second half of the 19th and in the beginning of the 20th century, did not submit to the #Statute about inorodzi# of 1822, like other #inorodzi# of Siberia, confessing unorthodox faith. The Moslems of the Eastern Siberia were under the single laws of the Code of laws of the Russian empire. The main governing institute of them was called Theological Moslem Orenburg Assembly, which belonged to the Department of foreign confessions.
