The Transformation of the Political Regime in the Contemporary Russia

Socially political reforms of the end 80#s– the beginning of 90#s of XX century in the cardinal way have changed the whole public life of Russia.
Democratization in Russia, representing process of change of a state system and a political regime, not only is not completed, but also complicated it#s different directions of vectors of its evolution.
The political authority in our country has declared the formation of a democratic political regime and this position has been written down in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. However, in Russia the political regime, being democratic only on structure of political institutes, and on ways of realization of authority more reminding authoritative board.
In our country political basis of formation of a new regime will become a civil society. It is thought, that in Russia it can appear and not similar to the civil society typical for the western countries and the USA. Probably, there will be the other type of the civil society in Russia on principle, which for the present have been not studied by politicians and scientists.
