The note #Should we consider the ideal of the future political organization of the state# by P.A. Kropotkin was one of the first attempts to declare his anarchical views. Moreover, it contains the basic ideas of his theory, developed in his future works. First of all it is a social ideal presented as a without-state society, based on the anarchical principles. Kropotkin paid much attention to the equality of people rights, absence of private property, free labor, etc. The Note has some concrete actions to put the ideas into practice. One of them, according to Kropotkin, is a social revolution prepared by the leading party. Statements presented in the Note got various assessments and became a subject of different discussions among narodniks.
