Mathematical approaches to the formulation synergism electrodynamic and electrochemical processes in electrolytes are considered. The concept of physical and chemical models coherentivity of multilevel processes in electrolytes with macroscopical electromagnetic fields is given. From Macswell equations in phenomenological physical and chemical models of a macroscopical current of a charge inside a cell the mathematical description of an electrochemical resonance of electrolytes with an electromagnetic field in a long-wave limit is received. The mechanism of a resonance of on a current on the certain frequencies of an electromagnetic field is connected to macroscopical properties of capacity, inductance nanostructures of electrolyte.
