The mathematical model of activity of the agricultural enterprises is considered in view of possible variants of deviations from the base technology of cultivation of agricultural crops. It is the hierarchical game of (N+1)-persons. The first player (Center) is the customer (state), and other players (executors) are real agricultural enterprises. The given model is considered in a class of multistage games.

Some approach to finding of the decision of the given game is considered at the fixed strategy of the center (the prices of realization of a unit of production). Thus the problem of the numerical decision of game is reduced to the decision of some problem of mathematical programming.
