Electro-physical properties of nonstoichiometric chalcogenides of molybdenum and tungsten
New preparative methods of obtaining chalcogenides of metals in liquid alkanes include interaction of element sulfur (selenium) and oxosalt of metals in non-aqueous mediums at temperatures 174-216° C. The nonstoichiometric compounds MS2,80 and MSe2,50 will be derivate by consecutive replacement of atoms of oxygen on chalcogen.
The thermal analysis of the sulfides and selenides of molybdenum, wolfram, which is formed in liquid n-alkanes and water, is carried out. Electrical conductivity at 25° C and 100° C (σ), type of conductivity, band gap (Δ) and the technological parameters of chalcogenides are determined.
