Farm-mortgage lending is an essential factor of economic and social development of regions and country as a whole.

In the Altai region a flexible system of farm-mortgage lending was created.

The distinctive of this model consists in the fact that a borrower chooses an acceptable model of farm-mortgage lending himself. It means that he either can receive a credit immediately after making a down payment or (if he doesn't have enough money) he can accumulate funds on a special bank account during an agreed period of time; furthermore every element of this scheme can be used independently.

Further development of the jural base of farm-mortgage lending, encouragement of real investments by the local authority and growing of activity of the local government will allow to solve the housing problem on the basis of development of farm-mortgage lending.
